Oh today my shoulder just doesn't wanna give up being a pain! I got up and struggled through my exercises..15 minutes of hurt hurt..but I also took some tylenol..helping? Not sure. The turmeric has helped and not just in my head! I talked to the physical therapist about it and she can feel the difference in my shoulder joint for sure. I count that a blessing!

Not a normal day for me since I didn't get all my water in..not much walking in either..alittle but not a great deal.
 
My eats:  

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

6:00 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup (b, multi, fish oil, turmeric, glucosamine with Breakfast, calcium later)  

6:30 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda  

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa Chai (most of it..hit the ground running today so I didn't fini**** on the drive in!)  

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat (calcium and D)  

9:00 am the rest of my herb tea  

10:00 am 1 hard boiled egg  

12:00 pm 4 oz pork, 1 cup cooked cabbage, 1 cup tomato sauce with peppers  

12:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Pomegranate Lemonade Caffeinated  

2:30 pm 1 small (tiny actually) orange  

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade  

6:00 pm 1/3 lb lean beef burger with colby cheese, barbecue sauce, bacon and a bit of mayo  

Dessert: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

Totals for the day:

Fat: 93.3
Carbs: 112.5
Protein: 122.1

Not a bad day. I'm sore sore from pt but..it is helping. It's not just in my mind either..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I had a crazy day, just sat down to eat dinner! Up early to skype with dh and it was a late teaching day. No gym but I was up and down three flights of stairs at least twenty times. DD is somewhat caught up on homework so tonight will be less than an hour thank goodness! There is so much pressure on kids with school and at a young age! She gets to have PR this trimester and is really enjoying it.'
0900-protein drink
1130-black beans, beef fajita meat, peppers and onions, small corn tortilla, salsa and blip of sour cream
1430-greek yogurt w 1/2 serving kashi go lean
q900- meatloaf,sweet potato and green beans
2100- maybe a baked apple, that sounds good right now.
all my water and such. I am ready to get homework done, watch survivor and go to bed! I have an all day class tomorrow.
