Our tree is up and in the stand but naked! We will get to it later this week. We have been working on homework that DD missed being sick all last week. Middle school sure piles on the homework! We were busy doing homework this morning and forgot about church!
0900-scrambled eggs w cheese, hash browns 1/4 c
1300-tortilla pizza
1400-sf candy
1830-rotiss chicken, sweet potato, and green beans
2100-might make a sf, rf apple crisp; might not
most of my water no aerobic exercise. I am hoping this week will be a great do over week; I need it! Short term goals for the week are to log my food on the daily plate, drink my water, and 30 minutes of exercise 4 times this week. I can do that much!
Good to hear your shoulder is feeling better, have a great week!

Setting goals that are attainable are awesome..Like I tell people..start small and when you hit those goals, you feel better, more empowered..and then you reach further because you feel good about it..it's a win-win.. I love that! +

I hate that they pile on the homework on school kids. They make it so un-fun to be in school..and so by the time you're ready to go to real school (college) most kids are burned out. You figure if it was a job, after 13 years of working there, you'd be ready to retire soon..but NOOOOO..four more at least or 8 more if you want something great..and then the real work starts. It just seems so unfair to me..

Have a great week. I'm gonna try!
