Accountability - Saturday
This weekend I plan to decorate the house for Christmas..and today I did all that I could without the tree..we'll look for a tree tomorrow. I did my physical therapy exercises this morning and will do them tonight..
My eats for the day:
coffee times three -
breakfast: waffles, apple, sf pancake syrup
second breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices tomatoes
24 oz drink mix
mmm. forgot to eat lunch!
24 oz drink mix with ice
Dinner: low carb stuffed bell pepper and some lipton boxed rice. about a third cup..and also, a sugar free chocolate chunk cookie before dinner.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1110
Fat: 54.0
Carbs: 103.4
Protein: 71.5
Hmmm. I could do better. and I could get some more water too. I'm thinking some herb tea before bed tonight...
