Woo Hoo for Friday! I was up early doing my exercises that I promised the PT I would do..stretches and such..I'm so hoping it works for me..

My eats:

4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:00 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup (b, multi, fish oil, glucosamine with Breakfast, calcium later)

6:00 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Mango Peach

8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea (calcium citrate and D)

10:45 am 1 hard boiled egg (calcium carbonate and D)

11:30 am 24 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons Sleigh ride sugar cookie (about half of that!)

Off to go get Turmeric at Walmart..I couldn't wait to start taking it so I took one in the parking lot..I, of course, was forced to eat a sf chocolate chunk cookie I'd just purchased. LOL.

1:15 pm leftovers from last night. 5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup canned peas

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

3:30 pm The other half of the herb tea..

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, GV Strawberry

5:30 pm meatballs and marinara sauce (Banquet) on a sandwich thin and with mozzarella (and another Turmeric)

then I did about 10 minutes of exercises for my shoulder..

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1386
Fat: 59.0
Carbs: 105.5
Protein: 116.7

Not at all bad all things considered!

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Good for you doing your exercises! I am off track but will get back on starting tomorrow. Hubby did kind of disconnect the last month but pulled it together the last few days we were together. I think they have the delusion that if they are total butts you won't miss them and they won't miss you as much becuse you fight.
The Nutcracker was nice, we did stop for lunch at The Rainforest Cafe but DD did not really eat, she  had tea and toast, but enjoyed the scenery and visiting with her friend we brought along. We all crashed once home!
forgot to eat breakfast in the rush to get out the door
1500-1/2 turkey club and few fries
1800-other half and 1 pack skinny cow candy
2030-nsa ice cream
might have string cheese or boiled egg before bed.
no exercise and not enough of anything else! Tomorrow is a do over! We will be catching up on all the school work DD missed and I need to clean the house something awful. I am not working my second job this weekend so it will be my first full weekend off in ages and I am really looking forward to being home, cleaning, decorating the tree and house etc...

Have a lovely time with decorating..I'm planning on doing some of that.

I think since this has become such a mental journey, I'm more sensitive to the mental/psychological aspects of things..I tell this alot but my hubby was so sure that I was going to leave him when I got skinny that he pushed me away..That whole low self esteem thing in him and pushing me away to keep it from hurting so bad when I did (supposedly) leave..I'm really glad your hubby pulled it together again. It really is sweet! Even that they worry that you won't miss them and try to help that by being butts...LOL..that NEVER WORKS but it's sweet.

I'm glad you and your daughter had a nice day off/out..I have a day with my daughter this month. Her birthday is the 11th and because it's so hard to make her birthday separate from Christmas, we have gone out on a mommy-daughter date each year for about 15 years. She's 27 this year. Most years it's just shopping but it might be a movie too..not sure what it will be this year but probably shopping and lunch until we both drop!
