accountability - Thursday
Thursday..and the first of December..woo hoo..It's begining to feel alot like Christmas! Oh, and I got written up at work today because I mumbled the 'F' word under my breathe in a telephone conversation with a co-worker and then said "pardon my language". She told my boss she was offended.hmm. I guess I've been told!
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup (I had to make a batch of waffles this
morning since I completely forgot to make them last night..sheesh! Where is my head?)
6:00 am double espresso latte, frothed soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride
8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:30 am 1 hard boiled egg
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
12:30 pm 6 oz pork chop stewed and the veggies and sauce from last night..it was really good!
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry Energy Caffeinated
2:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry not caffeinated
Physical Therapy again today..I asked her about Turmeric as a good anti inflamatory since I can't take
NSAIDS.She said to give it a try...might as well!
5:45 pm 4 oz chicken breast cooked (simmered in teriyaki sauce), 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with about 1/3 tablespoon of margarine and 2/3 cup canned peas cooked..
Totals for the day: Calories: 1384
Fat: 58.1
Carbs: 81.7
Protein: 136.9
Not too bad at all. I do believe I'm over the cold and pretty much fully recovered. Tomorrow I'll start my exercises and turmeric, I hope.
How did you do?

Good thing your co worker does not work in an EDIt was a joke when someone started yelling f**B** that they were callusing us by our second name. I have had quite the week, husband deploying as I type, DD down with a bad flu; vomiting, high fever, and just plain miserable. Work is crazy busy; they cut our department by one third but still want their education projects completed by "yesterday". Blah, Blah, Blah...done complaining.
Leila-good to hear from you!!!!!
1230-porkchop, mashed taters green beans from the cafetria it was good and I was hungry since I missed breakfast
1730-scrambled eggs w 2% cheese, turkey bacon, toast w sf jelly
2100-kettle corn
not sure I had enough water but it was close. I am tired and going to bed; it has been a long week! Tomorrow we are going to a noon performance the Nutcracker in Seattle tomorrow. DD has not ate since Monday and has kept down 24 0z fluid since this morning so I am hoping it all goes well tomorrow, but she is looking forward to this so much. The worst thing that happens is we come home early. We already will skip our lunch and shopping we had planned because I know she will not be up to it.

I know I was pretty ill with this junk before Thanksgiving but I really REALLY wanted to go to my daughters house so...miracle cure it seemed for Thursday and then again on Saturday. I managed to keep from getting to the point where I was really sick but.. I still did the things I was looking forward to. I hope your daughter is the same. Although, be prepared for her to be totally collapsed the following day! There's plenty of time for shopping later when she feels better and can enjoy it.
I sure have no problem with people calling me a f*b* either! LOL..F* Skinny B* is a compliment!
Hopefully the deployment will go fast. I was reading someone who said their hubby mentally disconnects before he deploys..It must be really hard to be away from eachother and the separation. I really appreciate his service..and yours too. I can't even imagine!
Keep up the good work..
