Accountability - Tuesday
Tuesday..A long day with a Christmas Party thrown in there. I ate too much and too fast..I should have stopped at ONE piece of fried chicken..will I ever learn? Probably not.
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:45 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1 medium banana, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:15 am double espresso latte and frothed soy milk with splenda mocha
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
10:30 am 1 small granny smith apple
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
12:30 pm 2 pc fried chicken, 1/4 cup green bean casserole, 3 small meatballs, raw veggies, cheese, pepperoni and a couple of crackers
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry Energy Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger with bacon, barbecue sauce on a sandwich thin
I may have a nice warm cup of tea later but no more to eat..I'm done.

Wow..Now those are some really high numbers. they're alright in ratio but wow..big numbers.
