Accountability - Monday (more close to normal)
Back to work on Monday..So thankful that I have a job to go to and thankful for all the physical therapist is doing for me. I've been good about exercising and icing my shoulder..while i was out last week, they replaced my chair and gave me a keyboard tray but took my wrist rest..and replaced it with one as hard as a rock. Not a happy camper..the tech said he threw it away..argh!

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:45 am 1/4 serving waffles, 1 medium banana, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte and frothed soy milk with splenda
6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Mint Chocolate Tea
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Blueberry Acai Caffeinated
11:00 am 1/2 sandwich: 4 oz roast beef, 1 slice swiss cheese, 2 slices jewish rye, mustard
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
1:00 pm the rest of my roast beef sandwich
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mxi with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
5:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
5:30 pm 4 oz turkey breast, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/4 cup scalloped potatoes, 1 oz turkey gravy
