Accountability = the weekend
Don't you just hate it when you're on vacation and you come down with something? Nearly ruined my holidays!~ But this weekend is over and hopefully I'll be fully recovered by tomorrow morning.
I felt good enough to go to my daughter's for Thanksgiving but started feeling bad again Saturday..pulled it together again for a couple of hours Saturday afternoon for a crafting party with my daughter but today..bleh.
Yesterday I ate pretty good, totally on point until the party and even then I didn't succumb to the crackers and ate the cheese and pepperoni .. coffee and tea. I got enough fluids..normal breakfast, chicken noodle soup and added chicken, hardboiled egg, lots of cheese and pepperoni and then a chicken salad sandwich on a sandwich thin when I got home..
today, I spent most of the day in bed. I managed to throw a turkey in the oven because we're counting on having some left overs.
What I ate:
breakfast, waffles, pear, pancake syrup (protein waffles, sf syrup)
coffee
coffee
herb tea
drink mix with 24 oz water
colby cheese, honey roasted peanuts
drink mix with 24 oz water
roasted pulled pork and colby cheese
split pea soup with added chicken breast
24 oz drink mix and ice
24 oz drink mix and ice
turkey breast, small baked yam, mashed potatoes, gravy (yeah, homemade..) and two biscuits with margarine
The turkey is stripped all the stuff is put away and I'm headed back to bed. it's only 4:45..
Sorry I've been missing in action this weekend..Hopefully I'll feel more like myself tomorrow..I didn't do my numbers on fitday but looking at my lists, I think I did alright anyway.
