Accountability - Tuesday
Today I felt as if I was cruising..not doing anything. But truth be told. I did a bunch. I made ginger cookies for the physical therapy office..and some fudge and sugar free cookies for a friend who I'll meet tomorrow (if I'm lucky)..I made up 8 of my waffles and made two batches of sugar free hot cocoa mix..I washed a couple of loads of laundry.
My eats for the day:

1/4 serving waffles with apple and sf pancake syrup
24 oz drink mix with no ice (it's been cold today)
left overs: 3 oz chicken breast, 1 oz scalloped potatoes, 1 oz canned beets
24 oz hot herb tea
Hard boiled egg
24 oz drink mix with no ice
Dinner: 4 oz cooked pork roast shredded with barbecue sauce, swiss cheese on a sandwich thin..
I'm sure I'll have another container of water or tea before I go to bed.

Protein: 90.0
Not bad..with plenty of room for more if I want.
