Accountability - Sunday
My arm hurt more today..I didn't get alot of sleep last night but I plan on talking to the physical therapist tomorrow and see what she thinks..We went to church and went to check for marked down meat at the local market..we found mark down ground bison! half price..so you know we'll be eating that soon. It would have been tonight but I put a garlic pork roast in the crock pot..I didn't do much cleaning today and I got a nap in too..We watched the NASCAR race..the last one this season..
My eats:
coffee coffee
1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 large apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
coffee at church with my splenda mocha and creamer
6" meatball marinara sandwich from subway (with bell peppers, onions, olives and peppercinis-oh and provolone cheese.) on flat bread.
24 oz container of drink mix with ice - GV Energy Peach Caffeinated
24 oz container of herb tea, vanilla chai
24 oz container of herb tea, celestial seasons sugar cookie sleigh ride
I made cookies and instant brown rice this afternoon after I napped..
Dinner: 5 oz cooked pork roast and 1/8 cup instant brown rice..WOW..the garlic was strong..but it was yummy
Dessert: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1377
Fat: 66.3
Carbs: 125.2
Protein: 82.6
mmm. the carbs are a bit high and the protein alittle low..but I'm down to 126 pounds this week too. As a general rule, I eat pretty darn good but I do allow myself some slack like the subway sandwiches..I do believe the carbs for flat bread are lower but the only stats I could get were for the wheat bread..

Busy day! We taught Sunday School then came home and cooked and cleaned. I made black bean soup,cornbread, crockpot teriyaki beef, and a crustless spinach, onion, mushroom, 2% cheese and turkey bacon quiche. I will make the prime rib tomorrow. DH is not home yet from drill, so it will be more enjoyable tomorrow.

I made green pie so woll probably have a slice of that later, it is sf lime jello w sf ff lime yogurt mixed w sf cool whip poured in a rf graham crust.
I am on track with water and vits but no exercise; again! I feel pretty good for having worked night shift Friday, it really helped to sleep almost 6 hours yesterday. I usually skimp so I can have more family time.
Sorry your shoulder is acting up so much, that kind of stinks! Glad this is a short work week!

I absolutely love my crock pot for easy meals that need to be ready when I get home..But I have soooo many left overs right now..I'm thinking the pork I made will be barbecue sandwiches in two days..
You did great. Is turkey bacon cheaper than regular cuz I feel like I have to take out a freakin LOAN to buy bacon anymore. What the heck? Maybe time to get me a pig and raise it!
