Accountability - ThursdAY
After going to bed at 6 pm last night, I woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning at 4:30 am! Even though my shoulder hurt during the night..I guess laying on it during the procedure didn't help much!
I never did eat that dinner last night so scratch about 500 calories off my list yesterday..I hope to make up for it today!
My eats:
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss YUMMER!
5:00 am about a third of an egg burrito left over from earlier in the week when I couldn't eat meat
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk and sf caramel ice cream topping..my FAVORITE!
7:00 am 24 oz Warm Herb Tea, Lipton Island Mango and Peach
8:00 am 1 oz colby jack cheese with 1 slice turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with splenda and half n half (STARBUCKS..my treat for being a big girl yesterday!)
1:00 pm 1/2 serving of black bean/salsa chicken from the crockpot last night
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
5:30 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1 oz brown gravy, 1 cup canned green beans
6:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1452
Fat: 75.6
Carbs: 95.1
Protein: 107.2
I'd say that's a pretty good come back. The gastro guy recommended a fiber addition but I think I'm alright with what I already get..He don';t know me very well, do he? LOL.

I had a crazy busy day; had an all day class to teach and I had to be there by o630 to set up.

not enough water or anything else! Tomorrow is another day!
Glad your exam went well, I am so glad it is Friday tomorrow! I have to work my second job tomorrow night but then I can rest up and get ready for next week. I have been woefully unprepared all week!
