What was yoru BMI starting out? here in canada, you can't get WLS except for the band, unless your BMI is 35 with comorbidities, or 40 without.
Don’t forget that as you exercise you are burning fat and putting on muscle. You may have burned 3 pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle! This is what you want. The more muscle you put on the faster the fat will burn! If you don’t keep up with the exercise you will have a huge “stall" later on. Keep up the good work!

You are right I am exercsing like crazy with weigts and running as far as I can then I have an exercises that I do. I just thought it was going to be an easy drop of quite a few lbs a week with half the exercising I am putting into it. No one will ever be able to tell me I took the easy way out and If they do I will take them through my exercise routine!!! Thanks again everyone don't know what I'd without you
