Accountability - Tuesday
Ah! Day of trials. Can I do this? Yeah, probably..
My eats..Short list! Or rather...long list, short on calories!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (this will be different on Wednesday..no creamers!)
6:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 large apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup (last meal till tomorrow at noon)
7:00 am double espresso latte with soy milk and splenda (none of this on Wednesday..)
7:15 am 24 oz Warm Herb Tea, Celestial Seasons, Holiday Sugar Cookie (this is yummy btw)
at this point my totals are: Cal: 393, Fat: 15.0, Carbs: 50.3, Protein: 23.1
8:45 am 1 oz colby jack cheese (well, that's not suppose to happen but I'm trying! My last slip, I promise)
9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:30 am 4 servings (1/2 cup each) Sugar Free Peach Jello (generic)..hey! This wasn't too bad!
11:00 am 16 oz of chicken broth
11:15 am 16 oz of chicken broth
at this point my totals are: Cal: 566, Fat: 25.0, Carbs: 52.7, Protein: 35.2
12:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Mango and Peach Caffeinated
1:00 pm 1 sf hard candy (Crystal Light, Pink Lemonade)
1:15 pm 24 oz herb tea..ya know? If all I "eat" is liquid..I don't have to worry about how often I eat it and how soon I drink something..that's a good thing!
2:10 pm 1 serving (yeah, 1/2 cup) sugar free lime jello
3:00 to 4:30 pm more than 40 oz of that colon cleans stuff..I took a break..I was drinking 8 oz every 10 minutes and at that rate I was gonna be done with the whole bottle in THREE hours..yikes. So I decided a break was in order.
4:45 pm 12 oz warm jasmine tea
Starting back up at 5:30 pm..until I'm done. I've had some success but it's not running clear yet so I better get to it. I plan on going another 5 servings (8 oz over ice) and then another warm herb tea..No need to be an over achiever in this! LOL.

Protein: 36.4
Yeah! awesome. I will probably weight 125 tomorrow at 11 am for the procedure.
How did you do? I didn't realize I missed yesterday..I could have sworn I did that.
Edited to add: Ya know? This isn't so hard. The stuff I have to drink isn't bad. I've had a whole lot worse (liquid vicodin comes to mind real quick)..I've had to change my sweat pants three times and shower twice but I'm 3/4 the way through this colon cleanse stuff. I think I"m about empty..not bad. not bad at all.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
