Thursday Accountability
Long long day..physical therapy was tough today..but she gave me exercises to do.
My day in eats:
5:00 am coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffle, 1 small pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz hot tea, Bigalow Vanilla Chai
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach (apparently this flavor is discontinued!) Caffeinated
10:15 am 24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice, Wyler's Peach Tea (barely started drinking it)
10:30 am 1 hard boiled egg
11:00 am the rest of the 10:15 drink
12:45 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1 cup canned peas
2:30 pm 1 medium orange
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
5:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
5:30 pm 4 oz chicken breast cooked with soy sauce, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1 T brown gravy, 1/2 cup canned carrots
Totals for the day:

Carbs: 121.9
Protein: 118.3
Not bad..I'm so sore and I have stuff that needs to get done..I'm thinking a heating pad and some mentholatum..and bed..Yeah, it's only 5:45 but seriously, I'm done!

Hope you are feeling better today! I have been in Vegas for a nursing conference, going home late today. I did not eat much and walked miles upon miles yesterday but this is what I had(could of done a lot worse)
1100-1/2 eggs benedict and 1/2 piece quiche
1600-1/2 slice rf cinnamon coffe cake from Starbucks
1900-ate a min order of fish and chips, not many fries, mini tuna melt, and 1/2 of my mini prime rib slider. We ate $5 plates at a swanky lounge; the entrees were $40-$50 but it was happy hour in the lounge so we just ate there before our show.
2300-oatmeal cookie.
I think I got enough water but everything else is doubtful. Back on track Saturday, have to get ready for the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving!
I have stayed away from the usual conference carbs; muffins, pastries, etc...

Vegas used to be so cheap to eat...I haven't been there in years and years!
I am feeling better. Alittle clearer minded. I got alot accomplished today. Saw the gastroenterologist and also cleaned out our big hermit crab tank..which was a giant job requiring a complete change of 100 pounds of play sand and all the wood and climbing structures in the tank..225 gallon tank with my head and shoulders into it..must have looked really funny! Good thing dear hubby didn't think to take my picture!
You still did pretty good for being on the road..eggs are a good thing to fall back on for emergencies..like that.
