what the heck! I totally blew off Wednesday..where is my brain?

Well, I ate the normal breakfast (waffle and then deli wrapped cheese) and then ate lunch (stuffed bell pepper) and then ate a snack and then went to physical therapy and then ate dinner (steak)..LOL.

Protein: 104.1

Then I had dessert: microwave pop corn and honey roasted peanuts..yeah, not a high note..
