Accountability - Tuesday
I got beat up at physical therapy yesterday and I'm feeling it like crazy today. It must be working, I guess. I'm getting lots of feedback on what to expect at the colonoscopy..I'm feeling a bit better. It's only a day or so out of my life and the peace of mind that I'll get is worth that, at least..I'm still nervous but they'll give me something for that. Also, if I don't like the doctor, I can just cancel and find another one..I'm not stuck with someone I don't want to trust..
My day in eats:
5:30 am coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 of my ortega chili and cheese omelet from Sunday and some gravy with tomato slices
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz hot tea, Good Earth Cocoa Tea
8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:15 am 1 medium plum
10:00 am 24 oz sugar free tang
11:30 am 1 hard boiled egg
A group of us went to Hometown Buffet for lunch:
1:30 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with gravy, 1 baked chicken drumstick, 1 cup salad greens with ranch dressing
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's peach tea
3:20 pm 1 medium orange
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger with bacon and barbecue sauce on a sandwich thin..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1736
Fat: 88.4
Carbs: 107.3
Protein: 136.7

i was wondering where you went to since you never commented about our foods for yesterday(tues).
just take it easy after your physical therapy. . the colonoscopy is a breeze.i didnt like the recover that seemed like a long time. when you drink that stuff just be near your bathroom. i sat in my bedroom when i had to keep going.. hee hee since the bathroom was next to my bedroom.
day 3 now on the patch. i can smell the old ciggs smells.
here is my eats and drinks for tues.
2- 16 oz coffee
B- 1 egg fried
1 pork sauasage
1 1/4 oz homemade bread(toasted)
32 oz water
L- 42 pretzel sticks
1/8 c glazed pecans
1/4c. almonds
S- 6 0z. chobani straw greek yogurt 14 pro.
2 T wheat germ
32 oz water
D- 1 c. homemade beef stew- leftovers in the freezer
1 slice toasted homemade bread 1 3/4 oz.
snack - 2 cinn. gramham crackers

Sorry about that..sometimes my email is slow to tell me you guys have posted..Yeah, I was pretty darn sore from PT..I'm not used to having to use those muscles!
Yuk on the cigarette smell. I took the ashtray out of my car today and Dex is washing it out so that I can put change in it..now that's a victory! Woo Hoo..
You're doing awesome. You're doing great on the smoking too..it's tough but you're tougher! And it's SO worth it..think about how much money you're saving! I figure my hubby saved $130 a month! After a few months, that's a nice little vacation!

thats ok. my computer is so slow.. i did wash the living room curtains about a month ago. might have to do it again and wash the walls too. one room at a time.and one side of the room at a time. just havent figured out when. i have been spraying apple - cinn febreeze. that does smell nice!
money is tighter now since i am here by myself. but i figure quit smoking will help with the money and help my place not to stink too.
