OMG..I totally blew off Friday!

LOL..oh well, on from there.
Not much going on today. Shopping and such..cleaning and such..I tried to toss a rug over the clothes line and pulled something in my left arm...made me cry! It was getting better..now it just aches!
My eats:

Breakfast: waffles, pear, pancake syrup (sugar free)
double espresso with sf caramel..yum

1/2 egg burrito and salsa
24 oz container of water with ice (well, alittle ice)
24 oz herb tea
1 oz cheddar wrapped in deli ham
hard boiled egg
1 slice rye toast from breakfast (hubbies, not mine)..
double espresso latte
1 cup manwich sandwich made with lean ground beef, over 4 large wedge fries, 1.5 oz cheddar cheese
Thats it for me..Time to turn the clocks back..

well lets see. its still bad.. lots of carbs... well i gained from eating the halloween candy 1 am now 142.2 pounds
2-16 oz coffee-- and yup drinking decaff now...
b- chobani greek yogurt-peach -14 protein
l- 2 hardbioled eggs- made into egg salad
1 oz. cloby cheese
1 oz. homemade white bread
16 oz. water
d- 1 c. tuna salad made with mayo, macoroni, 1 can tuna
snacks- oatmeal, prezels cant rememerber everything i had.
16 oz tea

tuna is great! hardboiled eggs are great..very very good.
