Woke up way too early to the dogs barking and growling in the garage. I think they're actually afraid of that coyotee that's been roaming around. Truth be told, I am too. It's as big or bigger than our german shepherd! I dressed in my halloween costume for work today. Only a few of us did but I like to, so I do most every year. And physical therapy in the afternoon. This is gonna be a really busy week!

4:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small apple and about 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

6:00 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Island Mango & Peach

8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

10:00 am 1 cup grapes

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Caffeinated (Strawberry)

11:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

1:00 pm 1 cup home made meatloaf

2:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry

5:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

6:30 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger with bacon on a sandwich thin

Totals for the day:

Carbs: 130.2
Protein: 105.6

Not too bad. Could have been much worse. I'm okay with the list and the totals.

My sister has coyotes by her place about 10 miles from me, but we have never seen one. Deer come once ayear or so and too many  of those nasty racoons! Hope PT went well. I had a crazy day did not get to prep for the week as usual because I worked 12 hour shifts at my second job. The cafeteria only had a few selections for remodeling reasons. Could of done worse!
0800-protein drink w soy lite
1200-small lasagna square and brussel sprouts w mushrooms; did not eat the breadstick
1530-1 mini snickers
1700-salmon, sweet potato and brocoli
1900-1 snack size peanut M&M
2000-1 oz cheddar and half an apple
I will start the sugar purge again tomorrow but it has been my best Halloween in a very long time!

I know what you mean about the sugar. This has been my most trying year for sugar. I keep my sugar free stash inventory high so I can hit that if I feel the need..The only thing I eat that has real sugar in it is the honey roasted peanuts and I'm okay with those. I did go through a phase where I had to let them run out for a time because I wa****ting them way too often. 

You did well, all things considered. a 12 hour shift would probably kill me! I'm so freakin whimpy.
The doctor told me today that I HAVE to get a colon screening this year. I've put it off for three years and I have to. She was tough about it..so I called for a consult on the 11th and they said generally the actual screening is the week after that..sigh..I'm already cranky about the fasting and having to drink that colon cleanse crap..I'll probably  complain about it for the next wee****il it's over with but I won't need another one for 5 more years and then I can probably put it off again till I'm 60..yeah..I'll be okay with that, I think.
