Accountability - Tuesday
Doctor's appointment this morning and reveiwed my lab work..Everything was awesome..D went up again..going up gradually..Cholesterol went down again (good went up, bad went down..ratio went down)..B-12 is way too high so I'm gonna quit taking the B Complex and cut down to 500 mcg each day only..1635 is WAY too high..
My bone scan came back lower than two years ago..I need to exercise and walking isn't enough. I plan on doing some yoga when my shoulder gets better but it's just not yet..hurts as a dull ache all day long and I'm so tired of the pain! I've lost 4 pounds due to the stress of it..even with what I've been eating..
