Accountability - Saturday
We had a coyotee come right into the yard today..scary stuff! She's not afraid of people and not afraid of gun shots! I do believe this is a dog/coyotee cross so that's probably why but it's still scary for our animals and for us.
My eats today were normal for the weekend. I had four containers of water, I need another. I had all my vitamins and walked a bit while shopping. I didn't do much housework cuz my shoulder hurt some but I did manage to get all the winter clothes out and put all the summer stuff away..
List for today:
Breakfast (about 4:30 am) protein waffles, apple and sf syrup..and coffee (no espresso)
2nd Breakfast (about 9:30 am) 1/2 a breakfast burrito and a coffee
Lunch: 2 slices rye bread, 3 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 slice swiss cheese and mayo
snack: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Dinner: 1/3 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin w/ bacon and barbecue sauce
I'm stuffed..

Calories: 1781
Fat: 97.6
Carbs: 126.7
Protein: 111.1
Not bad but we forgot some things in town so we're headed back tomorrow. One thing we need is a toilet for the back bathroom and possibly a deep freeze..we'll see
