Accountbilty=Thursday
This morning I got up super early. I slept so hard with the pain pills that I took that they gave me a headache..It was horrible for about an hour and then after tylenol, went completely away. More physical therapy this afternoon too. Not looking forward to it.
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small apple and about 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa
8:40 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 1 tiny piece of quiche which I could not finish..this was a birthday celebration in our office for the October birthdays (mine was this month so I couldn't say no..) but it really made me feel queazy..
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
12:00 pm 1 pork link sausage cooked, 1 cup grapes
12:15 pm part of a cooked pork chop..maybe 3 oz. Not hungry..not sure why other than that quiche made me feel nauseated..bleh..
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
6:00 pm 1 medium low carb stuffed bell pepper, 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
another bottle of water and I'll be set..
