What day is it? I'm seriously losing it! Another busy day..Probably cuz I rolled out of bed pretty late.
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small apple and about 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Bigalow French Vanilla
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin and Mango
10:45 am 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:30 pm 4 oz chicken thigh meat, bone removed, 3 oz tilapia
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
5:45 pm 2 cups of homemade chili, 1/2 small baked potato and 1/2 oz cheddar cheese
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1429

Carbs: 101.2

I didn't hit my marks on water but I sure did on numbers..not bad at all. I'm SORE from pt today..I may have to have a pain pill..She pulled and yanked and pushed...still, I can go to sleep knowing that I did alright. I will probably drink a whole container of water during the night. I have been lately..yeah, it makes me have to go to the bathroom but the PT lady says that it helps with sore muscles..and I definitely have those!
