Accountability - Tuesday
Tuesday was BUSY..really busy..I hardly had time to think about anything. I only walked a half mile at lunch but walked two separate times throughout the day trying to get some problems resolved..and I walked FAST cuz it's serious problems. I need to report to my boss tomorrow what I've done to fix the error the auditors have missed the last 3 years!
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small apple and about 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa.
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz chicken breast deli meat
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
11:30 am part of a broiled/grilled chicken leg quarter
12:00 pm 24 oz drink mix Crystal Light Energy Strawberry
12:30 pm the rest of my chicken leg quarter and a tablespoon of peanut butter
(I got really busy in here..no water, no snacks..I'm going CRAZY!)
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 5 oz porkchop..honey had dinner just about ready to eat when I got home! 1/2 cup canned peas, 1/2 small baked potato and 1/3 tablespoon margarine..
Totals for the day:

Carbs: 92.4
Protein: 117.9
I even have room for more..maybe a fudgecicle..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Day 2 of the 5 day pouch went fair. No exercise, I had to work later than I wanted. I planned on getting off a bit early to run and bake cookies for DD school choir concert; bought cookies on the way home. There were no home made treats there; all store bought.
0800-protein drink with lite vanilla soy
1000-tea and water
1200-cup cream soup
1400-water and tea
1730-boiled egg
1830-water
2030-hamburger patty- I did not feel "right" so had some meat and felt better.
I may not have stuck with it totally but I am proud of the no sugar for two days. The pouch does feel tighter and I am really not craving anything.
