Ah Monday! And physical therapy too. I'm not too sore afterwards but I can sure tell I have problems all over from that stupid fall! The therapist told me that in moving the muscles to clear the kinks, I may have some pain but that drinking plenty of water would help that..no problem there! I even walked alittle bit today..I'd guess a half a mile..nothing serious. I went to visit my mom today too. I hope I get to spend more time with her..she seems very lonely..

5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small apple and about 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

7:00 am 16 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa. I went to visit my mom so I could go get my big mug back..I miss that thing!

9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey pastrami

9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

10:30 am part of my lunch: 1 tuna/water pouch and 1 cup home made cole slaw (no sugar)..

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda mocha mix

12:30 pm the rest of my lunch

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with just alittle ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with alot of ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

4:00 pm 16 oz warm sugar free tang

6:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

6:30 pm 3 oz tilapia, 4 broccoli flowerettes, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes

6:45 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

I know I could use something more..I'm still alittle hungry so there will be dessert..but I'm happy with my numbers so far. Not bad at all!

Physical therapy; how fun! The holidays will be hard for your mom, nice that you are able to visit with her a bit more.Day 1 of the 5 day reset went okay.
0800-stawberry milkshake protein drink LC
1000-tea and water
1230-Pure Protein LC RTD
1430-tea and water
1630-EAS RTD LC chocolate- need to really shake thses, it was lumpy-GAG!!!
1930-1 C FF RS chicken broth-yuck
2030-sf ff chocolate pudding
2100-2 boiled eggs- I felt really shaky so I thought I would have this
I did it for the most part except the boiled eggs. I ran after work only two miles because I felt a bit out of it so walked the rest of my time I had an the TM while DD was in Tap. It was my first day without white sugar in a very long time. Today day 2 will be a bit harder as I am hosting the treat table at DD choir concert, but I will just pop some gum in my mouth and bring my water bottle.
