Instead of resorting to diet pills maybe you could try replacing a meal or two with protein shakes? That's what I am doing to get back on track, (I have gained a lot more than you though).
Also, I started a WLS Regain Support group on Facebook. If you'd like to come and join us go to the search bar on Facebook, type in "WLS Regain Support" and send a request to join.
There are all types of people there, from little gains, to big gains.
Hope to see you there!

I just don't believe that any of the pills on the market are really the "magic"  pill that will help.   (My opinion).

I do know that you can quiet a lot of the cravings if you stop them cold turkey for awhile ... and the safest way I am aware of would be to go back to your protein shakes for 2-3 days.   (This is why some have success with the 5 day pouch test.)

The weight loss center  (with my bariatric surgeon) ... promotes the Optitrim/Optifast program.   I attended the intro session the other night to support my husband.   A couple of key points that caught my eye -    They indicated there is value in taking a break from food choices for awhile (the program is all nutritional supplements...shakes and bars).    And they also pointed out that the first few days or week would be the hardest and then the cravings would disappear.

Just an option.

Good luck.

Diet pills don't work for us and they're dangerous to our systems anyway. We have a tool in place that works forever if we use it right. If you have addictions or compulsions that make you overeat and impossible to maintain your weight - go to your doc and see about medications to help you. Medications are widely available for OCD and can help those that can't do it alone. Therapy with someone who understands the needs of a post op RNY patient along with medication help tremendously. If you get to the underlying reason for the weight gain it won't be so hard to turn it around. Getting back to basics, the right portions, the right choice of food, lots of water and up the exercise a lot and you'll be on your way back to the weight you want to be.
