I really went off track yesterday..afraid to even list my eats on fitday! Just as an example I had a beer before dinner..a whole beer, myself. and then I ate a full 8 oz hamburger and finished it..yikes..So today I started out just fine and didn't do too bad..I was good. We got a new kitten last night and today was all about making sure he was feeling at home!

Breakfast: waffle, apple, sf pancake syrup. coffee and espresso before I left the house

2nd breakfast: an egg burrito..no hashbrowns..it was awesome! salsa too..

Lunch: another burger but this time it didn't taste as good so I didn't eat it all.

Dinner: meatloaf - ya know? I do believe I'm done with beef for a while after these last two days!

I had five containers of water and all my vitamins. That's better than yesterday where I had only three containers of water and NONE of my vitamins..

My new kitty's name i*****in..He looks like our old cat, Chubby but Will says he's "fun size". LOL..Chubby doesn't exactly like him much yet..and Punkin doesn'[t much like the dogs yet either but after a bath and a cuddle..he's purring all the time and even comes when we call him by his name..

I am not sure I remember everything, it was a bit of a crazy day. Kittens are so much fun, out two cats were foster sisters at an animal rescue so we took both; didn't want to split up the family! Punkin for Halloween?
0900-110 cal english muffin, fried egg, rf cheese and 2 slices of bacon
1230-apple 1T PB
1400-slice of hawaiin pizza minus the top 1/4 of crust too thick
1600-no bake cookie
1830-waffle w sf apricot preserves and left over lite chicken fried steak
2130-should of been in bed another 110 cal english muffin w PB and sf jelly
not sure abou****er or vits. I went to the store and bought protein powder and soy milk. I am starting the 5 day reset thing; I am off the deep end again. I have powdered chocolate flavor and strawberry milkshake flavor. I bought 2 4 packs of the EAS carb control and 2 cans of Pure Protein to leave in the fridge at work. I have my caffeine free tea bags and plenty of water. It is only two days of liquids: I can do this.

I can totally feel your pain on that reset..Carbs are so addictive. They completely take over..

Good luck and God speed..I hope the two days of liquids goes QUICK..You can do it!
