This is early( for the West coast) but I am still having issues with my laptop and I came in to work to finish up a few things, so I thought I would post. I do not have anything to be proud of but could of been worse, and the day is not done yet!
Missed mu morning run with my group, will go to the Y tomorrow and run inside; the weather is so rainy and windy right now. I did get a nice outside run in on Tuesday but Thursday had to be inside.
1000-scrambed eggs w rf cheese, bacon, english muffin (Thomas 110)
1400-1/2 club Subway on wheat w all the veggies and extra spinach
1600-sugar cookie- they are all gone now-yay
1900-will be soup and 1/2 sandwich( my sister already picked it up from the deli- we are watching our 6 month old nephew tonight for the first time)
I have some pistachios for later tonight and maybe an apple w a smear of PB
all my water no real exercise.
Hope everyone else is having a nice weekend. I pplan on church, the Y, grocery shopping, preparing a few meals for the week and then in bed by 10 tomorrow. I have a busy week ahead and I need to be prepared so I can stay somewhat on track. I am off to tickle some baby toes and sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" until the baby gets tired of it!

Not the Same Dawn

I went far afield on Saturday myself. If I had to guess (and my husband will attest to this..) I had at LEAST 2000 calories and with a beer, I'd bet that most of the stuff wasnt protein rich..And only three containers of water..and no vitamins. I did get out and walk some shopping and cleaning Friday night but I was limping again and my shoulder was achey..

Babies are tons of fun..I'm happy to get to play with them and happy to send them home..I'm getting to be an old fart..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
