Finally friday! What a day! The worst day of the week, actually..I'm more than glad to be home for the weekend..yikes!

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small apple and about 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

7:00 am 16 oz warm sugar free tang.

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey pastrami

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

10:00 am 1/2 my roast beef sandwich: 4 oz roast beef, 1 slice swiss, 2 slices jewish rye and a bit of tangy barbecue sauce I found in my cabinet..actually more on the SPICY SIDE!

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

12:30 pm the rest of my roast beef sandwich!

2:00 pm 1 small apple

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

430 pm 24 oz drink mix no ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

5:30 pm 1/2 a bottle of beer (yeah, it was that bad!)

6:30 pm chicken leg grilled, 1/2 small baked yam

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
