TMI.....Rushed breakfast so half came back up.  Still impressive that this far out the tiny tummy still gets tempermental.

I need to get to the store as well; the cupboards are bare! I think I might order some of that waffle baking mix that dawn uses, I am getting tired of eggs lately.
0900-eggbeater bacon veggie omelet
1230-baked chicken red potatoes and mixed veggies
1830-stopped at the "taco cart" on the way back to work pork carnitas, beans and 1 small tortilla
2100-I am thiniking it will be an apple and PB

I have had plenty of water, all my vits, and went for a nice 3 mile run while DD was in her first dance class. She has two more so I came back to work for awhile it is so nice and quiet I can get twice as much done as during the day!

I use carbquick from netrition..I buy 3 boxes at a time and it's $12.00 a box..I wouldn't think it was worth it but I've checked the stats on Bisquick Low Carb and it's...not nearly as good. But the recipe is from theworldaccordingtoeggface with eggs, cottage cheese and plain soy milk...try it and then tweek the recipe how you can..I add flax meal and flax oil..just cuz it's suppose to be better for me. and the protein powder that I use is low carb too..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Thanks for posting! I'm slow today!

Sore today because of the therapy last night..that's okay. I know what I need to do. I need to get moving today. Walking this lunch was a welcome change except that I was over thinking it. I kept thinking I was walking crooked! Silly me. I cant' tell unless someone watches me and tells me if I'm walking crooked and paying attention is tiring!

4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small apple and about 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

7:00 am 16 oz warm sugar free tang.

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey pastrami

9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

11:15 am part of the left over chicken burrito..it's HUGE! and super filling..

12:00 pm walking walking..I walked a mile but didn't do it in 15 minutes..I took a bit longer..

12:45 pm the rest of that huge burrito

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with no ice, GV Pomegranate Energy Caffeinated

2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice,

6:30 pm 1/3 lb lean cheese burger, barbecue sauce, bacon on a sandwich thin..
