Accountability - Wednesday
Went to get gas at Costco this morning and they were calibrating the tanks so I had to get gas later. Today was our big earthquake drill..and I was picked to play an injured person. I layed under my desk for 45 minutes waiting for rescue..I could have taken a nap in the quiet office in the dark! Physical Therapy went really well. There's a lot that we can work on..I'm a mess but we can fix it..Then for dinner, we took our son to dinner for his birthday. My baby is 20 today! Well, here's how the day stacked up:
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (I think it was 1 ounce)
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk
7:00 am 16 oz warm herb tea, Blueberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey pastrami
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange (while waiting under my desk)
9:30 am 1 medium apple, raw and 2 sugar free peanut butter cup candies
10:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
10:45 am 24 oz drink mix with left over ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
11:45 am 3 oz baked chicken breast left over from last night
12:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with no ice, GV Strawberry
3:45 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
5:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
6:30 pm 1/2 a large chicken burrito..I'll eat the other half another day!

I have been posting on the BOTT forum but I think I really need to be posting here since I am at goal and just maintaining.
Pre B - Coffee with Miralax
B - 2 eggs fried, 1 bite of crisp bacon (too full, will cut back to 1 egg tomorrow)
S - 3 thin slices of smoked turkey, 1 baby swiss cheese
L - 1 1/2 slices Petit Jean smoked ham; 2 slices pepper jack cheese
S - 3 thin slices of smoked turkey, 1 baby swiss cheese
D - 1 fried egg, 1 slic ham
S - 2 warm from the oven brownies.....UGH!!!

It looks like you're doing well. The snack at night isn't unusual. I grew up thinking I had to have something sweet to end the day..and it's hard to break that habit...so I don't ..one bite of something sweet isn't gonna kill me, especially if I've been good all day long, within reason(meaning I go sugar free). Food isn't always about what you need but what might make you feel a certain way..The trouble is balancing that and not feeding that feeling all the time..
Your list looks great. Are you okay with the fat content of the ham you're eating? I had to cut back a while back due to a problem with my gallbladder..
As for exercise, just try and move more..Instead of calling an office mate, I walk to her desk..Walking is the best exercise. Even just alittle will make you feel better. I'm going to try and get out into the sunshine for at least 15 minutes today..I really need it!
