I still feel like something is missing today. Don't wanna go to work. Don't wanna go out at all..what is up with me. Better increase my B-12 I think. I'm slipping on my water too..what is up with me lately? Too much effort over too much time? I'm not going to beat myself up over it but it is puzzling! And tomorrow we have an earthquake drill..I get to be a casualty! I get to have a broken arm..oh joy!

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (I think it was 1 ounce)

6:00 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

6:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 16 oz warm herb tea, Lemon Ginger (not great...don't like it)..can't find my sweater OR my big cup..must be at my mom's house!

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey pastrami

8:30 am 16 oz warm tea, Vanilla Chai (better than the LG...eeeww)

9:30 am 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Wild Strawberry Energy Caffeinated

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda..I won't be going to starbucks if I can't go on facebook there..what is the point? sigh...so I'll probably walk on Thursday anyway..I'll just make sure my cell phone is charged and with me.

1:00 pm 1 container of Campbell's Soup in a cup (Chicken Noodle) and 4 oz chicken breast meat added

1:50 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

6:15 pm 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup canned carrots

I'm one container short on water..I've had all my vitamins...not much exercise. I won't get any tomorrow either but I will walk a bit on Thursday..I've promised myself. My walking partner is out for three weeks because of the glass in her foot..no walking for her.

Wow..that worked out pretty darn good..I'm happy with that. I'll be at the physical therapist tomorrow. They're probably gonna give me exercises to do..I plan on doing them in the morning..we'll see how it works out..

I don't know Dawn, Iv'e been in a serious funk lately and I can't break out of it. I j ust want to hide in my bed under the covers. I bought some St. johns wort the other day I hope it helps!

It could be the weather..I need to get out into the sunshine real soon..With me sunshine is a salve for my soul..I need it to survive..My friend's foot will be out of commission for weeks and weeks..I hope the St John's Wort works..If it does, let me know..I'll give it a try this winter too!
