I took the weekend off to give my head and spirit a rest..I'm back now..

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (I think it was 1 ounce)

6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

7:00 am 16 oz warm herb tea, Vanilla - hmm. Somehow left my big cup at my mom's house..

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey pastrami

9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Drink Mix Peach Tea

10:00 am 1/4 cup oriental rice noodles that a friend brought in..she's from China so it's the real deal!

12:00 am 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

1:00 pm 1/2 a tilapia sandwich: 2.75 oz tilapia, 1 slice rye bread, 1T mayo, 3 thin slices tomato..

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

2:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea

3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

6:45 pm 3 oz polish sausage, 1 cup homemade scalloped potatoes, 1/2 cup canned cooked greenbeans

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1431
Fat: 72.9
Carbs: 113.96
Protein: 87.3

Not bad..fat was sort of high..carbs a bit high but they weren't all in all bad carbs. I have plenty of room for dessert..I'll wait till just before bed and have a sf fudgecicle..and another container of water next to the bed.

I'm happy with that, considering I may not get to walk this week..

Why won't you get to walk, is your shoulder hurting you or is the weather bad? I am posting from work since mu computer is still not working right, it keeps blocking me from sending email or posting.
0700-eggbeater om w bacon and veggies
1130-roast beef panin sugar cookie
1500-kashi go lean crispy bar
1800-inside of a grilled snack wrap
2000-chicken, brocoli, few noodles
2130-should of gone to bed-1 serving of Ritz Thin Crisps or something like that
I think I got all my water but no exercise! I had my gym clothes and everything but for some reason the grilled snack wrap made me so nauseus I just sat there and waited for DD at the Y intead of running. Today is another day!

The neighborhood that I work in is pretty iffy for safety. Scary actually..so my husband doesnt' want me walking by myself and I have to respect that..Actually, I would walk a lap or two with my cell phone and water but because I'm hurting (shoulder and arm) I'm gonna wait until after my first therapy session tomorrow to see how it goes. I may have to do some sort of exercises anyway every day..

You are so good..even without exercise..I wonder what the deal was on the snack wrap? Maybe too much fat? That's usually what gets me. I have to watch my fried stuff and mayo..
