I was alittle more achey this morning..I'm thinking pain pills tonight so that I don't ache tomorrow. Tomorrow is my mom's garage sale and I'll be there till 10 am I figure..I feel the need to help out..I'm still posting even if no one is watching but me..It's quite alright. I'm used to talking to myself! I may just take the weekend off though..

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (I think it was 1 ounce)

6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz warm herb tea, Lemon Lift

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 oz turkey pastrami

9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange (half)

10:15 am 1/2 another turkey pastrami sandwich: 2 slices jewish rye, 4 oz turkey pastrami, 1 slice swiss cheese alittle mustard

11:00 am the rest of that drink from 9:45

11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Wild Strawberry Caffeinated

12:30 pm the rest of my pastrami sammie..yum! No sauerkraut this time..apparently it was giving me blisters in my mouth so..no more of THAT!

1:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 tangerine

3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger with 1-1/2 slices bacon and 1/2 tablespoon barbeque sauce and five sweet potato fries

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1560
Fat: 69.4
Carbs: 130.2
Protein: 112.9

Not bad. I hit my marks for calories and protein..and had more than enough water..I did some walking on my lunch cuz I went shopping at the market. My walking partner is out for a while..she stepped on glass and can't hike with me..darn it.

How did you do? Did you hit your marks? Are your marks seeming to get away? Make them lower and hit them several times before you try something alittle more stretching..start where you are and move JUST ALITTLE towards your goal..Rome wasn't built in a day and you never gained it all in a week..you won't lose it in a week either..

I have been MIA because my computer is acting up at home and I do not post from work. I have been pretty good all week, so the one day I can post (we are in Portland with DH for family days with his unit) using DH laptop I have nothing good to report!
I hope you do not over do it at the garage sale; watch that shoulder!
0700-ww english muffin, eggbeater and bacon
0930-fresh fruit
1130-chicken ceasar salad w dressing on the side and used very little of it
here is where I went off track; once we boarded the train for Portland...pun intended!
1500-100 calorie trail mix
1600-top of a single serving cheese pizza
1845-Spaghetti factory slice bread w butter, brocoliw mizzithra, baked chicken and 1/4 of the pasta that came with the chicken and 1/2 scoop of rainbow sherbert
not enough water but close, missing some vits I am out and need to buy more and no exercise! I have found the gym at the hotel and will get on the TM in the morning. I am sure there will be plenty of bad choices at Family Day tomorrow so I will choose carefully and keep busy with something else besides grazing!

I can totally understand that..It shows how self absorbed I am..It's been a week and I JUST noticed..Is that sad?

I'm changing up my vitamins lately cuz someone suggested that the pains in my shoulder might be vitamin deficiency..My gut says no but it's possible. I've been bringing my D up slowly so I decided to change my calcium and D and glucosamine to the morning and the other stuff through out the day.

All of us need an off track time. When I went sailing off course, on the cruise for a week (puns abound!) I couldn't weigh and I was eating ALL the time..and not always great stuff. When I got home and weighed myself, I had LOST two pounds..It's a mystery that I don't fully understand but I like it.

I'm taking my hubby with me to the garage sale. He wasn't gonna go but now he is since my son wanted to go to his friends house. I took a pain pill last night so my shoulder is feeling okay..it should be okay so long as I take it pretty easy..hubby won't let me do much.

I have to get my vit D levels checked again next week, and my parathyroid levels, if they are still out of whack then something else needs to be checked; I forget what. I switched to the chewable vit D, I think it is actually for kids so I just take enough to equal what I am supposed to take. They are orange flavored and actually kind of tasty.
I lost weight onthe last cruise too, it was huge and our family that came with us was on the opposite side of the ship and we did several walking shore excursions ( they were cheap).
Hope the PT helps with the shoulder pain!

I'm alittle confused about the number of vials they took last week..They only took 8..Last year they took 14, the year before 17 (cuz they messed up three) and the year before it was 14..So I figure they didn't draw enough. If they didn't, I'll be calling my surgeon to make an appointment to see him in July and get a real draw but that just means I'm skipping a year and that's a no-no for sure..

I did give my PCP the list I got from my surgeon..I'm just concerned I'm not getting the full picture.

Isn't that something about going off  trail for a while? I was horrible yesterday because of the stress of the garage sale at my mom's. I thought I was doing good until I was looking through some suits she had there..She marked them really high cuz she said "I really don't wanna sell them" and I looked..damn, the suit my dad wore when he gave me a way at my wedding in 1981 was there. AND the tie that matched it was in the pocket..My heart jumped up in my throat and I couldn't stop the tears..Still hurts.

I'm always watching and reading your posts Dawn. I don't always post because I'm not where I want to be and don't want to feel like I'm whining! I feel confused about calories and what not. Don't be sad though, I do read your posts.

I really do know there are people watching the posts and not posting..I was alitttle irritated with myself for not noticing that there were any posts in response..Don't feel like you're whining..I'm more guilty of that than most..And the only reason I have less confusion is because I've been doing it so long..
