Ah! The *normal* schedule today...If anything can be normal..Still have auditors at work..still rushed to get everything done before I go to the doctor tomorrow..seriously considering not going into work at all tomorrow but we'll see how I feel after I go to the doctor..All the computer work I did today really hurt my shoulder..I'm thinking really I need a couple days off!

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (I think it was 1 ounce)

6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz warm herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

8:45 am 24 oz warm herb tea, Stash Vanilla Chai decaf

Continuing with my Jewish Rye kick:

10:00 am half my lunch: 2 slices Jewish Rye, 5 oz pork chop, 1 slice onion, 1 processed cheese slice, 1/2 Tablespoon ranch dressing (i just realized..pork chop/jewish rye..omg..my ex father in law is shaking his finger at me from Heaven now! He was Jewish!)

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Lemonade

12:30 pm the rest of my pork chop sandwich..yum..

1:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Wild Strawberry Caffeinated

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

2:20 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Blackberry Grape

4:30 pm 24 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa Chai Tea

5:45 pm 4 oz steak (broiled), 1 cup canned green beans, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes
