Accountability - thursday
Well, I have 8 weeks of physical therapy in my future..starting next Wednesday (my son's birthday..) I didn't walk today but I'm not going to skip it from now on..It just feels too good and going to starbucks and going on line just is a bit boring lately..
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 small pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup (I think it was 1 ounce)
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz warm herb tea, Stash Vanilla Chai
9:20 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
10:00 am part of a 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
No sandwich today:
11:00 am part of my lunch salad: 5 oz chicken breast broiled, 1 cup lettuce, 3 slices tomato, 6 brussell sprouts, 2 oz honey dijon dressing
11:30 am the rest of the drink mix
12:00 pm 20 oz sugar free caramel latte with soy milk and no (or just a tiny bit) of whipped cream
1:00 pm the rest of my salad
2:10 pm 1 small banana
2:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Pomegranate Caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Mio Strawberry
5:30 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
6:15 pm 3.5 oz tilapia, 4 brussell sprouts
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1485
Fat: 66.0
Carbs: 116.0
Protein: 123.7
Well, now that's pretty darn good. But only three containers of water..hmmm. I will have something more to drink for sure. I've been having a container of plain ice water next to the bed each night and several nights I've finished it during the night and went to get another..
