Accountability - Monday
My arm seems to hurt worse the more I leave it alone and try and baby it..Also suggestions have me thinking it's a vitamin (D) deficiency..not sure if it could be as I have increased my intake over the last year 4 times..but we'll see. If I can manage to fast tomorrow morning, I'll go by to have my blood letting..er, I mean blood work..
4:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)
5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 medium apple and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte with frothed plain soy milk again with caramel syrup
7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 12 oz pumpkin spice coffee with splenda and powdered creamer
9:45 am 1 small tangerine
10:30 am 1/2 of a 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
11:00 am part of my lunch: 6 oz braised bbq beef and a baked potato (can only manage half of this so the rest went in the trash).
12:00 pm the rest of that drink mix..no ice now..
12:40 pm the rest of my half baked potato and beef.
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:45 pm 1 medium nectarine
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
5:45 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1/2 small yam, 1 cup canned cooked carrots
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1476
Fat: 60.2
Carbs: 124.8
Protein: 119.9
Not bad..not bad at all. I'm hoping tomorrow to get my blood work done..That means no food from 7 pm to 7 am..clear water only! here's to hoping that I can do it..
