I over did it today..

Coffee with NSA Swiss Miss

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices tomato, 1 slice rye toast without the crust

24 oz drink mix with no ice but with cold water

24 oz drink mix with ice

Lunch: 1/2 serving of crock pot chicken with black beans and corn...left over

24 oz drink mix with ice

Dinner: 1 chicken thigh, 1 drum stick - broiled and 1.25 cups of potato salad and 1/2 serving sugar free cake with reduced sugar frosting

I vacuumed the whole house and steam cleaned most of it, plus scrubbed all the spots clean..we had a stopped up toilet and that floor got pretty ruined..So the shoulder that I should have been resting..I ruined..
