Accountability - Friday - WOO HOO
AH! Friday! And I got to have lunch with my mom today too! As soon as I heard we were eating at Sizzler, I had Malibu Chicken on my brain! and it was GOooo oooD..then I went for my bone scan and shopping afterwards. I got out of the bone scan about 3:30 and since I'd have to head back in the opposite direction to go back to work..I went shopping and then home instead. It felt good to get a jump on the weekend..
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 medium apple and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed plain soy milk again with caramel syrup
7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz herb tea, still can't get warm!
10:00 am 1 medium nectarine
11:45 pm 20 oz iced tea with lemon, 1 cup clam chowder
12:15 pm Malibu Chicken at Sizzler, got the baked potato but never touched it..maybe tomorrow!
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Caffeinated (while shopping!)
5:00 pm 3 sugar free chocolate chip cookies
5:30 pm 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 pm 5 oz pork chop, grilled, 6 brussell sprouts, 1/2 small yam with margarine
Totals for the day:

Carbs: 151.8
Protein: 124.9
Still, carbs are way too high. I'm looking at the list and the culprits are clam chowder, cookies and yams..so really not that bad, I guess..I'll take it..So I can step away from today and get a second chance tomorrow..In my future tomorrow? brats and beer I think..maybe. no bun but sauerkraut instead..yeah..I bet that will be good..maybe just a little beer. We'll see. I'm out of chocolate chip cookies..that's a good thing!
