Accountability - thursday
On the phone quite a bit today to get all my appointments made..and my crock pot chicken I brought half a serving..it's so filling! I was planning on doing my blood work tomorrow but I need to get gas so..no fasting. Whew. anytime I think about fasting it makes me SUPER hungry!
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 medium apple and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed plain soy milk again with caramel syrup
7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:00 am part of my lunch: 1/2 serving Crock Pot Salsa chicken with corn and black beans
10:45 am 24 oz drink mix with the left over ice, Crystal Light Lemon Tea
12:00 pm the rest of my lunch
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 tangerine
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
6:15 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin and barbecue sauce, 2 french fries, 2 sugar free chocolate chip cookies

Fat: 77.7
Carbs: 160.5
Protein: 98.8
Hmmm. I'm not doing so good. The bad carbs (even sugar free stuff isn't good in too high of numbers) are starting to creep up and the protein starting to creep down. It's cold outside and I want something comforting that feels warm in my tummy..I think I need to do a fast. Probably Monday morning for my blood work. Tomorrow my mom is suppose to take me out to lunch and I'm headed to get my bone density scan in the afternoon..so a couple more days...Then on the wagon..

1400-rf string cheese rf wheat thins, peach
2000-lc tortilla, taco meat
2100-strawberries
I would of had candy or a cookie if I had been at work. I have easier access to snacks in my new position, I was off site before and I had to really want something to walk to the main campus.
Our house is in need of some groceries; there was not even a graham cracker! I am a bit short on water but did take my vits. I went for a short run on the treadmill while DD was in dance. We went to see my nephew on our hour break between dance classes; Kael is almost 6 months and so cute! Morgan was the youngest cousin so there has been a 11 year gap between babies in the family
