Accountability - Wednesday
Doctors appointment today and I decided to take the rest of the day off..because the weather turned cold and wet and I had all my work done..I'll be making appointments to have a mammogram, blood work, bone scan and see an orthopedic guy regarding my arm..fun stuff..
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed plain soy milk and caramel sf syrup..yup..again!
7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc deli ham
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with the left over ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
10:30 am my official lunch: 4 oz beef braised with bbq sauce, 1 cup chopped lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1 oz (give or take) thousand island dressing
12:00 pm 24 oz herb tea, Good Earth Cocoa Black Tea
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
3:00 pm 3 sugar free chocolate chip cookies - home made from the oven..yum. It's a cold day so this is
4:00 pm 24 oz herb tea, French Vanilla Chai
5:30 pm 1/4 of the recipe for Crock Pot Chicken w/black beans, corn and salsa..yummy! and really filling..and nice and warm for this cold weather..new recipe recommended by Betty Crocker!

My doctor was praising me for staying right at my goal weight. I'm alittle higher than that..right at about 130 now..yeah, I know that really is my goal weight but 125 makes me happy and 130 makes me sad..It's not right..I should be happy no matter what but I'm not. Anyway, she's pleased with how I'm doing. My blood pressure was 121/71..not bad (alittle higher than my normal Wal mart reading of 86/52 but I'll take it)..She said last year I was at 127 and this year 131..she was happy..I told her I had pizza last night and 72 oz of fluids this morning (it's water!)..but whatever.
How did you do? And thanks again for the birthday wishes..I'm such an attention *****! LOL..

Busy day you had, good to get all that screening stuff out of the way. You should be totally proud of your weight! I had a crazy day at work but it was just busy crazy, not I want to kill anyone crazy.
