TUESDAY ACCOUNTABILITY-DAWN'S BIRTHDAY!!!!!

1030-candy
1230-1/2 roast beef panini
1530-12 red grapes
1830-lc tortilla, turkey taco meat, salsa, rf cheese, rf sour cream
2100-probably greek yogurt and strawberries
3.5 mile run in a light drizzle after work with DH, all my water and such

LOL..you caught me..I had it under control until this evening. I didn't just celebrate my birhtday but the birthday of our neighbor's daughter..her birthday is tomorrow so we went over to celebrate with them..bad idea..pizza and birthday cake..oh, and half a beer..LOL..
I drank 5 containers of water with ice and 1 container of herb tea..
breakfast as usual waffles apple and pancake syrup
mozzarella cheese stick and deli ham
lunch was 5 oz pork chop, cabbage, green chili pepper and a couple of brussell sprouts (ate this in two stages! too much to eat all at once)
snack: 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda (yup, free starbux on my birthday!)
snack of hardboiled egg
dinner: pizza and reduced sugar yellow cake with reduced sugar frosting (and a half a beer)
totals for the day:
Calories: 1548
Fat: 71.0
Carbs: 132.4
Protein: 97.7
Yeah, coulda been better. But for my birthday...not too bad.
Thanks for the birthday wishes, Mary..I appreciate it. I woke up this morning and found nearly 60 birthday wishes..I didn't know I knew that many people! LOL..

I'm sorry I didn't see this before. Thank you for helping that man with MS..MS is near and dear to my heart! My mom had MS from the time she was 24 till she died when she was 36 from complications of it..I was 16 when she died. I spent alot of the first 10 years of my life taking care of her and my siblings. HATE MS but love the people who have it..it's just so sad!
You did pretty good. With the exercise that you got, the carbs are needed..ready energy in those carbs.
