Off and running this morning..nothing unusual to report there. I walked 1.5 miles on my lunch. I may just skip it tomorrow cuz it's freebie coffee for me at Starbucks (provided I wanna prove it's my birthday..) Not at all sure why I started feeling tired in the afternoon..probably that pesky half a serving of nsa pumpkin pie..but I brought it to work cuz if I leave it at home, I'm gonna eat a whole lot more of it than that!

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)

5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 medium apple and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte with frothed plain soy milk

7:20 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Chai

8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry

9:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

10:30 am 1/2 of my lunch: 1 cup cooked cabbage, 2 canned ortega chili peppers, 4 oz barbecued beef steak(braised) and 1/2 piece nsa pumpkin pie..yum.

11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Caffeinated

12:15 pm the rest of my lunch plus a tangerine

1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

2:40 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

3:15 pm 1 medium nectarine

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea

5:30 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger with bacon, mayo, bbq sauce on a sandwich thin

6:15 pm 8 cooked brussel sprouts..wow. I've wanted some for a long time..but my eyes were bigger than my stomach..I'm so full I hurt..really really hurt..

ouch..I really over did dinner..and my calories are really high..still, my percentages weren't too bad. Fat: 43%, Carbs: 30% and Protein: 26%...

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

well things are new here. my bf moved out today...

here is what i had for monday....

2 - 16 oz. coffee

B- cho protein shake
1 c. skim milk

32 oz. water

L-1/4 c. tuna fish
1 rye thins
1/2 c. hommade split pea soup with ham and carrots.

32 oz water

8 oz. cold tea

D- 1 c. oat meal
1/2 c. skim milk

8 oz. water

S- 1 c. homemade apple sauce
2 oz cobly cheese

also went to bone builders exercise glass tonight. 1 hour long.
