Accountability - Sunday
I don't feel like I did anything today at all...I'm trying to give my shoulder and arm a break today cuz it's been really sore..seriously I think I might have torn the rotator cuff..certain movements are no bueno..I think I'm calling my PCP tomorrow to see if I can get in this week to see her..we'll see..
So here are my eats:
coffee, coffee, coffee...three coffees..
1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 apple, s/f pancake syrup
double espresso latte
2nd breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with onions and 2 sausage links on two medium tortillas and 1 oz mozzarella cheese and salsa..yum.
24 oz drink mix with ice (seems like I didn't get enough fluids today, probably cuz I didn't take any with me to sunday school or shopping. silly me..)
another double espresso..this time a sugar free version of the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks..not bad..not great but okay.

Dinner: 3 oz stewed beef with barbecue sauce, swiss cheese on a sandwich thin
1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Um..seriously short on water..so I have a choice..I can drink water or herb tea..I think water. I made my protein waffles for the week, I hard boiled a half dozen eggs, cut up some more mozzarella cheese AND got a package of deli ham out of the freezer (I've been packing up 5 slices to snack on for the week at work..) Also, I took the pillows off the bed and washed them in bleach and hung them on the line to dry..yeah, probably not good for my shoulder but it had to be done..I've never done it and something I read told about how gross they are after a couple years..yikes. they're at least 6 years old..one fell apart completely and so I got the sewing machine out and fixed it..Now I'm thinking I probalby should cut up my different colored jeans for that baby quilt I promised someone..maybe a plan..

not bad. The carbs (except for the sandwich thins 22 grams) were good carbs..

Hope everybody is doing well today. Sunday's eats were okay but the weight is hanging on. In the end, it was 1106 calories, 100 grams of protein, 40 grams of fat and 95 carbs. Not bad, not great.
B - Nectarine and Yogurt
S - Cheese w/ 1 oz of chicken
L - Cottage cheese w/tomatoes or a salad
S - Click
D - 3 meatballs and veggies.
Lots of water. Day 1 of avoiding the dreaded "snack carbs".
