Double espresso morning for me! But not for bad reasons. I felt really good this morning..And that lasted through the day..I walked 1.50 miles on my lunch and walked at least 1/4 mile during my mail run in the morning..

5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)

5:30 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 medium pear and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:00 am double espresso latte with frothed plain soy milk

6:45 am double espresso latte with frothed plain soy milk

7:20 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Chai

8:10 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with just alittle ice, GV Strawberry tastes really good, just needs color!

10:00 am 1 fried chicken drum stick (leftovers)

11:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Pomegranate Lemonade (Caffeinated)

12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Lemon Tea

1:00 pm 1 cup chicken tortilla soup, 1 cup cooked cabbage, 1/3 cup canned peas cooked

2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 plum

3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger on a sandwich thin with bacon, mayo and barbecue sauce

Well, that was interesting..I still think I had a pretty good day.

I am going to see if I van find a walking partner at lunch. I did have one who would walk the tunnels under the hospital but I would rather walk outside when we can. I walked over to the sitters house to pay her, at least it was a few miles. I had a better attitude at work today. I had an early class to teach at 7 so the day started early, which is nice because then it ends early! I am very happy it is Friday. DH is home so we can work together and get things done around the house. I think we will pull down the Fall decorations, since tomorrow is October!
1100-turkey, potatoes, and green beans from cafeteria, I forogot my breakfast and lunch at home!
1300-cookie
1700-2 slices delite and 10 grapes
2100-probably a nsa skinny cow or greek yogurt since my protein is a bit low today
all my water and such and a walk.

Having a partner helps..sometimes you won't feel like walking but your partner is willing so you go anyway..I told Deb yesterday: Comeon! We have to get your sorry ass moving..LOL..but it's a mutual thing. we both have sorry asses..I'm going to be talking to my PCP the first of Nov regarding my shoulder and hip pain. From what I've been seeing on line, I think I tore my rotator cuff..I will still walk. That seems to be helping the hip, actually..it's sitting that hurts that.

It's nice to have help doing the housework.My hubby works pretty hard around the house..makes dinner and all..He's a keeper.

not a good day for me for fluids and food. i was away to see my mom...

16 oz coffee

16 oz coffee with 1 scoop of body fortress cho protein powder- 26 grams

L- 1 c. homemade beef stew- at my moms

8 oz. water

D- 4 ox. hamburger
1/2 c. green beans
2 wedges of tomatoes
few bites of garlic bread

16 oz. ice tea
8 oz. hot tea with milk

Still all in all 64 oz of fluides and beef stew...that counts too..

You did great..It's hard to take fluids with you. I have bottles that I recruited from Gatorade and Powerade with the screw/sip tops..I washed them out and have ice trays that put long skinny ice cubes into the bottles..I was lucky to find them!

 wow. i thought i had a bad day...
i even walked at my moms.i got some wild apples too...
