Accountability - Saturday
Not a bad day..a normal day. A bit of walking and bit of computer..
Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 (or just about one) banana, sf pancake syrup
Coffee and double espresso latte
3 containers of water with drink mix and ice..while shopping
Snack: 2 oz honey roasted peanuts
Lunch: a make shift california roast beef sandwich on a sandwich thin..beef, swiss cheese, ortega chili pepper and some mayo
1 container of water with drink mix with ice..

Dinner: 2 hot dogs with sauerkraut
Not bad..Totals for the day:
Calories: 1526
Fat: 99.7
Carbs: 87.9
Protein: 86.3
Not bad...could have been better. But still not bad.

well i had a good day till i drank something.. you will see....
2- 16 oz coffee
B- 1/2 c. fake eggs
2 slices turkey bacon
1 sara lee rye thin
32 oz. water with peach tea packet
L- 1 tipipia filet
1/2 c. broccilli
1/2 c. homemade applesauce
16 oz. cold tea
D- 4 oz. ham
1/2 c. spinach
1/2 c. potatoes and onion
here comes the bad part
3 smiroff ice bottles
S- 1 oz. colby cheese
1 hard boiled egg
1 toasted rye thin -- ate these 3 things so my sugar wouldnt drop with the smirnoff

Ooo...those smirnoff ice bottles are more dehydrating than anything you could drink (like caffeine!) so you probably have a hang over this morning..that's major dehydration. Better get some water stat!
Otherwise, you did pretty good. Tilapia, ham..the carbs are great..good job!
