How little he knows..protein powder is a great thing if you are low on protein and calories or if you don't feel like having a meal but need something..and you can always cook with it too. I make it into pancakes and waffles with low carb pancake mix..I get that on line but the stuff in the market is good too..

If you are lifting weights and building muscle, you will get a higher number on the scale but you won't get fat..You WANT to build muscle cuz that burns even MORE calories..you want your muscles to be healthy.

Bottom line..no it's not going to make you gain weight..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
