Accountability - Sunday
Even with nothing to do I managed to get tired..I saw someone on facebook made sugar free cookies and I suddenly felt like I needed to make some so I did..I didn't especially feel hungry today but I did munch more than normal..probably cuz I skipped my second breakfast and went straight for lunch with a meatball marinara sandwich (subway) on flat bread..I count it the same as regular bread..I also counted the chocolate chip cookies as if they were made with regular sugar..I made them with whole wheat flour too..that should count for something!
My eats:
4 containers of water (24 oz each and I'm working on number five now), 2 cups coffee and 1 double espresso latte (12 oz)
Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 nectarine, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
2nd breakfast: Subway, meatball marinara on flat bread..provolone, peppercinis, onion and bell pepper only..toasted
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1 oz honey roasted peanuts
2 chocolate chip cookies
Dinner: 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese, mayo and 4 french fries with ketchup and mayo
yeah, I figure I'm pretty much done grazing for the day..more water and I'll be done.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1898
Fat: 93.4
Carbs: 177.2
Protein: 103.1

1400-Mcdonolds small vanilla cone- minus the cone- I always save it for our black lab
1800-roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans
2000-fruit tart desert- very pretty but not much to it!
all my water, no aerobic exercise but cleaned all day! Had my oldest nephew to dinner, then we played the Wii; fun night!

Obviously you are doing well with it.
I'm worried about eating too much and gainingback.
i'mholding my own at 160 right now, go up and down about 3 to 4 lbs, still want to lose another 5 or 10. want to maintain on in the 150's.
do you exercise alot to be allow so many calories?

I weigh between 125 and 130. I'm 5 ft 5 inches tall.
I do alot of walking and do burn off alot of calories. I don't have a gym that I go to and all I do is housework and walking some..Last week I walked about 2 miles in a half hour on my lunch but otherwise, not all that much. I'm scared to death of gain back too..that's why I do this accountability stuff..to keep track of how much I eat and what and when..I usually get alot of flak about eating too much but if I'm maintaining, I must be doing something right.

Sometimes I'm happier than other times with what I eat..over the weekend was a really munchy time for me..too much stress going on and it's hard to keep from stress eating anymore..Some can't maintain unless they stay under 800 calories or something like that..I'm afraid I'd end up blowing away in a stiff wind if I did that. I eat all day long every couple of hours so I never get starved. I think that's part of it too..
Are you maintaining? Your photo looks like you're pretty much normal weight for your height. Do you struggle with exercise? I always feel guilty for not being aerobic like other people..I used to run when I was in track but running and the jarring it would cause don't sound happy to my aching bones and joints! I'm too old for that stuff, I figure (another excuse!)..but walking is okay.

I hit goal inJuly and so far so good. I'm up and down with 3 lbs or so. I seem to eat every few hours as well.
I used to do curves but recently joined the Y so i can actually build up some muscle in the major areas to help increase my metabolism. I walk everyday, weather depending of course, on the days I can't get out (winter is coming) I will use the track at the Y. I'm not an exercise nut but feel it's a necessary evil to keep the fire burning within to burn off my food extras. I HATE aerobics, but i don't mind weight training or muscle burning, I just can't stand heavy breathing and sweating, not much into cardio stuff.
mind you, i think i'm still malabsorbing the fat so i'll have to be really vigilant when that stops.
I'd say i'm eating at least 1200 calories a day, i should go back onto fitday and actually record to find out.

I've had a jump in the scale this last week from 128 to 130..and mentally it's bugging me but my clothes still fit. I think it's the walking and I think I'm building muscle..which is good but boy it has a mental side to it..I put way too much stock in that stupid number in the mornings..
Hate the sweaty stuff too..so walking, even fast, is it for me. You're doing awesome..
