Accountability - Saturday
A full day..shopping, housework, a festival, more housework and some facebook drama..at least I didn't stoop to new lows!
My eats for the day:
first off, 2 cups of coffee, 1 double espresso latte and five containers (24 oz each) of water and ice..only one was caffeinated today..
Breakfast: protein waffles and sf pancake syrup
2nd breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices tomato
Lunch: a left over salisbury steak on a sandwich thin.
no snacks..I did lick my fingers while making my protein waffles for the week though..I also cooked the chicken and made broth for my chicken tortilla soup that will be made Tuesday for our Souper competition at work..
Dinner: 1/3 lb burger with cheese, mayo on a sandwich thin

not bad at all..I may even have a snack later..

1230-homemade mac N cheese with a few changes to make it less carby and fatty

1830-lc tortilla, grilled chicken, rf cheese and salsa
2130-homemade cinnamon roll
I went fro a run with my morning group and it did not go well, I was really sucking wind. I have not totally gotten over that bad cold from 3 weeks ago. We made cinnamon rolls for DH, who came home after 2 weeks of working in Louisianna. We each had one and sent the rest home with a neighbor. I think I got all my water and such.

I'm so glad you got your hook up..It's tough to be without internet for any length of time. I do so much on it..I look things up, do my genealogy research, talk to people, I couldn't do without internet at all...
Sad to say but the older we get the longer it takes to get over things. My freakin shoulder and hip still hurt from when I fell in July 2010...It might be time to see the doctor about that (in my case too!).
