Acountability - Friday
OMG..a rushed morning trying to get skipped paychecks re-covered..I don't normally do that but this morning I had to go back three years to my instructions and see if I could re-learn that skill..yes! I did it. It was stressful for a few minutes but it's done!
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (or my sugar free hot cocoa mix..)
6:00 am 1/4 batch chocolate protein waffles, 1 medium nectariine(plus 3 strawberries) and about 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso soy latte (2 oz espresso and 4 oz of plain soy milk frothed)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry (last one! I'm hoping Celestials comes out with their Sugar Cookie for the holidays..I'm gonna STOCK UP on that one!)
8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
8:30 am 12 oz coffee with splenda and powdered creamer (for our staff meeting..)
9:45 am 1 plum
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea (well, most of it..busy this morning!)
12:00 pm 1 cup cole slaw and 2.5 oz (give or take) of tilapia..no walking today. My walking partner bailed on me so it was computer time with my ancestors and then back to work.
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:00 pm 1 medium low carb stuffed bell pepper (home made recipe!)

What just happened here? How can that be? I need something more to eat for sure..LOL. I calmed my niece down after a fight with my brother this evening and didn't pay attention to eating. That's what happens when I don't pay attention!
