Iron def

I have been post op for 4 and half years.  I have just completed my iron infusion.  What a difference it make.  I was so tired and exhausted before.  This is my second infusion.   First one was January this year.  My summer was great however, by September I was just to exhausted.  My vitamine D was low too.  I take 50,000 IU twice a week. However, I am having trouble with light headness.  Is there anyone out there having this problem too! I have fybromyalgia too.

Has anyone tried the Hcg Diet.  I have gained 20 pounds.  I got to it this off.  I have started 1200 calorie diet and have lost  5 pounds.
